Why is that when I visit a church that testifies, dances, and sings unique songs at the oddest times, I feel a bit out of place. We visited a friend of the family's church and the service started out fine, but when someone stated that it was time for testimony service, I thought...this is a time when someone briefly acknowledges and thanks God for what he has done for them personally. However, it didn't quite go that way. The first lady around the age of 60 got up and begin to testify. She told a long story about how she made it over. Even though the story had a good ending, it could have been quite a bit shorter. By the time everyone finished testifying, it was nearly 3:00 in the afternoon...church began at 11:00am. What did I get myself into?

Why I am what I am?

The reason I feel so many people are so focus on religion is that they need to be part of a group. I am a non-denominational Christian. Which means...I stand for God through Jesus Christ, and don't have a particular side or rule that I go by when it comes to religion. I stand for God and God only.

When I hear people standing around involved in general conversation talking about what religion they are I began to think...what are you really saying? Are you more focused on the religion or the Father? I'm confused with the rules of the different religions. Someone is going to have to break this down for me eventually.
